Supply partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries and regions, including but not limited to:

• Environmental protection regulations
• Labor and employment regulations
• Product quality and safety requirements
• Export control and Trade regulations
• Intellectual property rights and anti-monopoly laws
• Privacy and data protection regulations

Supply partners must not engage in any illegal activities and must update their regulatory compliance in a timely manner.

Human rights and labor standards

• Supply partners must respect internationally recognized human rights and labor standards, including:
• The use of child labor is prohibited
• Forced labor, oppressive labor or debt labor are prohibited
• Discrimination is prohibited based on gender, age, race, religion, disability, nationality, etc.
• Provide employees with a safe and fair working environment
• Pay salaries in accordance with local regulations
• Ensure that working hours are reasonable and in accordance with regulations

Health, safety and environmental requirements

Supply partners need to maintain a high-standard occupational health, safety and environmental management system:

Occupational health and safety

• Identify and control workplace hazards
• Provide necessary PPE (Personal protective equipment)
• Conduct safety training, emergency management and accident reporting
• Establish safety management systems, such as safety risk assessment and fire protection management

Environmental protection

Supply partners shall:

• Comply with environmental protection regulations
• Reduce pollution emissions (wastewater, waste gas, solid waste, noise)
• Legally dispose of hazardous waste
• Reduce the use of disposable materials
• Monitor the usage of resources (energy, water, raw materials)
• Promote the use of low-carbon and environmentally friendly materials

Continuous improvement and review

Supply partners shall:

• Continuously improve ESG, quality and safety performance
• Accept on-site or document audits conducted by our company or a third party
• Any violation found must be rectified immediately
• Track and verify the rectification measures
