From August 3 to 7, 2026, GL Group will visit Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to strengthen relationships with local partners, explore water treatment project opportunities, and further develop the Central Asian market.
This visit will focus on three key areas:
Industrial and Municipal Water Treatment Solutions
GL Group will communicate with local engineering companies, distributors, project contractors, and end users to better understand the demand for industrial wastewater treatment, municipal water treatment, sludge dewatering, and related environmental equipment.
Chemical Dosing and Disinfection Systems
The team will introduce integrated chemical dosing solutions, including metering pumps, dosing units, control instruments, and sodium hypochlorite generation systems. These solutions can support cooling water treatment, industrial process water treatment, drinking water disinfection, and wastewater treatment projects.
Online Water Quality Monitoring
GL Group will also discuss online water quality monitoring requirements for industrial plants, municipal facilities, power plants, and other infrastructure projects. Available solutions include pH, conductivity, residual chlorine, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, and multi-parameter monitoring systems.
Building on Our Tashkent Power Plant Project
This market visit also builds on GL Group’s existing project experience in Uzbekistan. In March 2026, our sodium hypochlorite generation systems were applied in a power plant project in Tashkent.
The project adopted an on-site brine electrolysis solution to improve disinfection safety, reduce dependence on externally supplied sodium hypochlorite, and support automated operation. A total of seven sodium hypochlorite generators are planned for the project, with three units already in operation.

This successful local application provides practical experience for GL Group to further support power plants, industrial facilities, municipal infrastructure, and water treatment projects in Uzbekistan.
Beyond product promotion, the purpose of this visit is to better understand the practical requirements of the Uzbekistan market. Through face-to-face discussions with local partners and customers, GL Group aims to identify suitable product configurations, improve project support, and develop solutions that meet local application and operating conditions.
